Embrace the Darkness: Yin Yoga Sound Bath

As we approach the Winter Solstice with each night growing longer and each day getting shorter, we invite you to join us for an incredible evening of Yin Yoga, and Sound Bath. In one another’s company, we will embrace the beauty of this darkness and welcome the transformative energy it brings through a practice led without the use of sight. 

During this unique experience, participants will be provided eye masks and our space will be softly lit. We will explore the practice of Yin Yoga, which encourages us to surrender and find stillness within. Through gentle, long-held poses, we will turn our attention inward to explore the depths of our being, by trusting our senses, and deepening our sense of self. Just as nature retreats into darkness during this season, we will retreat inward into a state of deep reflection. 

Each pose will be accompanied by soothing sounds designed to take you on a journey within. Instruments will envelop us throughout the practice, as we rely on our senses to mindfully transition through the guided poses. These healing vibrations will wash over us and help release any stagnant energy, inviting a sense of renewal and clarity.

The slow, meditative nature of this practice makes it suitable for all levels of experience. Whether you eagerly embrace the magic of this time of year or find this season challenging, there is an offering of stillness, healing and serenity for you here.

**Event Cost | $50.00 payable in advance via Zelle or Venmo to reserve your spot. Session limited to 6 participants. A $5 discount for any referral will be applied to both participants.**
